Bring the tools you already use. Your agents ask before they connect.
Wakato Connectors link Gmail, Outlook and Google Calendar, your social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and more), WhatsApp and Telegram, your ad accounts and your bank to your space, and any other tool with an API key. When an agent needs an account it doesn't have, it asks you in its chat with a card, and you sign in there. Agents use keys and passwords through a vault and never see them.
What Connectors does
One-tap sign-in
Mail, calendars, social and ad accounts and banks connect with their own sign-in, from the page that needs them.
Agents ask with a card
An agent that needs an account asks in its chat; you approve it there.
A vault for keys
Agents use API keys and secrets without ever seeing them.
Calendars that sync
Google and Outlook calendars sync both ways with your booking pages.
What the AI agent does in Connectors
On its own: Uses accounts you've connected.
Asks you first: Connecting any new account.
Example: Plan your week. Needs your Google Calendar. Asked with a card. Read 6 events today. It asks: “Connect Google Calendar?” (Kai will read your events).

Use cases
- Book appointments · Booking pages that check your calendars and take payment, plus an AI agent that books people by phone, text, WhatsApp and chat, and sends reminders.
- Close your books · An AI agent sorts your bank feed, matches receipts, tracks bills, posts your sales and prepares month end and an accountant pack, asking only about what it isn't sure of.
Questions
Which tools can I connect?
Gmail, Outlook and Google Calendar; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, Snapchat and Google Business; WhatsApp and Telegram; Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and ChatGPT ad accounts; and your bank. Any other tool with an API key can be added as a custom integration.
How does an agent connect to my Gmail or calendar?
It asks you. When a Wakato agent needs an account it doesn't have, it shows a card in its chat; you tap it, sign in on that service's own page, and the agent can use the account from then on. You can also connect accounts yourself.
Can I connect a tool that isn't on the list?
Yes, if the tool gives you an API key. An agent asks for it with a card that explains where to find each value; you paste the key into the card, never into the chat, and agents use it through the vault.
Can an agent see my passwords?
No. Keys and passwords live in a vault; the agent uses them without seeing them.
How do my agents use an API key without seeing it?
Keys are saved as secrets in a vault in your space. An agent refers to a secret by its name, Wakato fills in the value when the call leaves, and only names are ever shown to agents, never the values.
Is my bank connection safe?
Wakato uses your bank connection to read transactions for your books; it doesn't let agents move money out of your bank. You connect through your bank's own sign-in, and Wakato never sees your bank password.
Do calendars sync both ways?
Yes. A Google or Outlook calendar connected to a space closes slots on your booking pages, and a booking page can copy each new booking back onto that calendar.
Can my agent answer on WhatsApp and Telegram?
Yes. Connect your WhatsApp or Telegram account in Connectors and your agent answers customers there, in the same conversation.
